Booking Terms & Conditions
To comply with the provisions of Law 34/2002 of July 11, Services Information Society and Electronic Commerce Services, unless stated otherwise, private boat charters are offered by Tenerife Boat Charter through its Web Site, or Facebook page, Tenerife Boat Charter, purely as an intermediary or introducer and not as the service provider. Tenerife Boat Charter merely facilitates contracts between the customer and the Service Provider. Tenerife Boat Charter is therefore not liable for failure, omissions or accurate and diligent performance of the services that are part of the contract between the Service Provider and the customer or organizer. Because the customer is contracting with the Service Provider, any complaint or inquiry regarding the service should be directed to the Service Provider. Without limiting the foregoing, Tenerife Boat Charter will offer the customer assistance regarding any questions or suggestions they may have.
The deposit is stored in a deposit account until the date of the charter and is non-refundable unless it is due to extenuating circumstances. Should there be adverse weather conditions on the day of your booking or technical issues which causes the boat charter to be cancelled by the service provider, we will attempt to re-schedule the booking. If this isn't possible, a full refund of the deposit paid will be issued within 30 days after the booking date.
